I just completed my second root canal executed by Dr. Yingling. Again, there was zero pain! The entire staff is to be commended for their professional performance and dear Dr. Yingling needs to be decorated with the highest medal for her humane kindness and compulsive insistance for perfection. I pray to God she does not retire before I pass over!

My daughter insisted on knowing what medicine Dr Yingling was going to inject in her; Dr. Yingling didn't want to tell her. They went back and forth for a bit until Dr Yingling just went ahead and injected the med interosseous. My daughter had a reaction to the med (that's why she wanted to know what it was) and she lost consciousness. They had to call the ambulance and me, and my daughter was taken to the hospital for a several day stay. This doctor is more concerned about herself and her schedule than her patients. I reported to Mason Dixon Endodontics for a root canal procedure, having been referred and highly recommended. The Staff was superb. Helpful, engaging, friendly, competent, and professional. Nichole went above and beyond the call of duty in sorting out my incredibly poor WV PEIA insurance. Bianca was very kind and helpful. Dr. Yingling didn't want to answer my questions. Dr. Yingling never went over my complex medical history or medications, and didn't want to show me what she was going to put in my mouth or tell me the medications that she was using. Dr. Yingling let her temper get the best of her and directly went against my wishes. Due to her lack of transparency I ended up leaving her office in an ambulance.

I just had the absolute best experience with this office. I called for a consultation for a root canal. The receptionist requested my insurance information, asked permission to put me on hold and came back with verification that I was in their network. Thorough!! After inquiring as to my complaint and the severity (I was not in any urgent distress) he was able to give me an appointment for the following week. THE NEXT DAY, I got a call from the office explaining they had a cancellation and asking if I would like to come in. ... read more
