So I had a 7:50am appointment. The week prior I had called about the price I would be held responsible to pay considering I am a stay at home mom and we live on one income . I was sent this via email $350 a week prior to the appointment.the day before the appointment they chose to call and tell me they made a mistake on the price and I told them I would discuss further in person . I had a root canal procedure today by Dr Yingling. It was painless. The Dr and staff were very professional and pleasant. I would recommend if you need a root canal this is the Doctor to have.
Before we left we asked them if we owed anything more after paying them 400$ they said no we were all up to date with anything. Two months later we got a bill for 300$ . Now a few days ago we got another bill for 2,500$ and a letter stating it has gone to collections. Mind you the root canal was done almost two years ago.
I just completed my second root canal executed by Dr. Yingling. Again, there was zero pain! The entire staff is to be commended for their professional performance and dear Dr. Yingling needs to be decorated with the highest medal for her humane kindness and compulsive insistance for perfection. I pray to God she does not retire before I pass over!
My daughter insisted on knowing what medicine Dr Yingling was going to inject in her; Dr. Yingling didn't want to tell her. They went back and forth for a bit until Dr Yingling just went ahead and injected the med interosseous. My daughter had a reaction to the med (that's why she wanted to know what it was) and she lost consciousness. They had to call the ambulance and me, and my daughter was taken to the hospital for a several day stay. This doctor is more concerned about herself and her schedule than her patients.
