Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to and understanding
I found Dr Chen very knowledgeable and helpful. He didn't push for surgery but wanted to try and continue with what I was doing for short term relief with the option of surgery later on if necessary. I appreciated his honesty. Very personable.
OrthoNero is great. When I made an appointment with Dr. Chen it was because I thought he would/could help me. If I was told that he didn't do neck surgery anymore I wouldn't have made an appointment with him. Disappointed. I should have been told.
I was so happy to find you because I have confidence that you will find out why I have so much pain and what can be done to make me more mobile and pain free. I was very impressed with the smooth operations in the practice, the orderliness and speed with which all is carried out as well as friendly staff. Bertie
Dr. Chen is an excellent surgeon. He did L4-5 fixation for me 4yrs ago which completely resolved a serious issue of cauda equina. During a recheck today, for a concern on my part, I was treated with kindness and respect which I greatly appreciated. All the OrthoNeuro staff at the New Albany office are not only very efficient but also friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. I would never go anywhere else.
