Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to and understanding
I found Dr Chen very knowledgeable and helpful. He didn't push for surgery but wanted to try and continue with what I was doing for short term relief with the option of surgery later on if necessary. I appreciated his honesty. Very personable.
OrthoNero is great. When I made an appointment with Dr. Chen it was because I thought he would/could help me. If I was told that he didn't do neck surgery anymore I wouldn't have made an appointment with him. Disappointed. I should have been told.
I was so happy to find you because I have confidence that you will find out why I have so much pain and what can be done to make me more mobile and pain free.
