I've never had a bad experience at Yalmiz. This company is A1. Customer service,always pleasant. Today I had new shocks installed on my scooter & I had a charging. The work is top notch. If you have or want an electric vehicle...this is where to go.
Had my matrix nexa there for warranty repairs they dropped my nexa back off afterwords with severe damages on the back from them obviously backing into something and then tried to cover it up with marker. I have before and after photos that prove the damages were caused by them. If they don't fix the damages I will be seeking legal representation for the damages, lawyer cost, and compensation regarding the matter. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
