Worse staff ever. I made an appt like 2 months ago and I knew it was for sometime in November but I couldn’t exactly remember when. So I’ve been calling for more than a week to confirm the date and time, and every time I called I was on put hold for more than 30’. Finally, I was able to speak to someone who ended up saying that my appt was supposed to be 2 days ago but that I cancelled it! Avoid this office at all costs. Horrible customer service. Nasty staff. On uold for hours to get bad treatment. If you’re not happy with your life get another job
