Should have listened to previous reviews - MOST NEGATIVE, UNHELPFUL DOCTOR EVER. She does not care!! I don't know why anyone would give her a certification, she's not fit to be a doctor. Even a robot would do much better than her. Do yourself a favor and asked for someone else. waste of time completely. It's almost like she just wants to get rid of you while earning your money, without doing anything at all to treat you.
If your Primary Care Physician gives you a referral to this doctor, do yourself a favor and request someone else. She is negative, judgmental, has no bedside manner, and greedy. I had to pay a copay on the first visit (as expected), and she spent 20 minutes with me and her back to me the whole time, while she fired off questions and stayed focused on her computer screen, except for when I said "At least I'm not diabetic" (A1C is 5.9) to which she turned around and said "Not yet!" Dr Kung referred me to her practice because he retired! I am 69 years old, since the age of 51 every 3 years I have had a colonoscopy due to high risk of colon cancer, I have had issues over the years tolerating and drinking the mixes and different ways to cleanse my colon prior to my procedures. I relayed very clearly to the office that I could not finish the prep but they went ahead and did the colonoscopy anyway I ended up in the emergency room it was the biggest Fiasco of my life I have never been in so much pain I visit... read more
I had a short phone conversation with Dr. Yi Zheng regarding a constipation concern. The attempts to find relief were mentioned. She only said to maybe increase fiber intake. She said to see a neurologist! She was of no help, yet she charged enough considering the "help" she didn't give. Not planning on any repeat visits!!!
Worst experience. spent lot of time fighting a payment dispute.
