Dr. Xiong is one of the best doctors I have ever met. Dr. Xiong was my mom’s doctor at the Medical City of Plano hospital. Dr. Xiong truly cares about his patients and is a very intelligent doctor. Dr. Xiong was very patient in answering many of my questions since my mom only speaks Russian and I was her ears and voice at the hospital.
