Dr. Chen is an honest, trustworthy and straightforward Neurosurgeon, who truly puts his patients best interest above anything else! Super grateful to be his patient!
I would like to share that Dr, Chen and his staff were the best for care and directions before and after surgery. I was with another insurance provider before I switched to my present provider which includes Dignity Health, and I was scheduled for a complete fusion with rods and pins and screws. I didnt like that option so I switched providers and was able to get Dr, Chen as my surgeon. He was able to perform very small invasive surgery. Dr. Chen and the entire staff provided optimal care and professionalism from my initial visit to my first follow up with a great N.P. Micha Y. to date. Dr. Chen's "bedside manner" relieved any apprehension that I may have had and instilled absolute confidence in his skills and knowledge. The Mercy San Juan campus from parking lot to the hospital and the adjoining clinic facility was extremely well maintained as well.
