I have had only the best experiences with Dr. Li and her office staff. Her telehealth visits are very convenient and save me a 1hour drive. She has been most helpfull and is much appreciated. I am 75 years old.
Hello everyone, today I took my 76 year old mother to see Dr.Li and what a horrible office manager they have. We arrived 16 minutes late due to Monday morning traffic and they would not accept her. They constantly reschedule her appts and the office manager told her front desk receptionist that it's been 15 min and they would have to reschedule us when their office waiting room was empty. After a month and have not send my disability they said it would take 10 days but did not send till I called to check
The office isn't bad, if you go in person. I live and work out of the area. So I have to resort to phone calls to handle my care. This office is completely unresponsive. They never answer the phone and don't return voice messages. My medication is now overdue - jeopardizing my health and requiring me to accomplish the loading phase again. I'm off to look for another doctor instead of continuing to deal with this headache
