I love to keep my hair long, and I kept it for more than a year just wanted it to be waist length. I asked the guy to trim just a little bit, do not cut short, trim about 1.5 inches is good. He said at least cut 3-4 inches. I said No, you can cut at most 2 inches. He agreed and showed me how much he would cut. But after about 15 minutes it was finished and I wear back my glasses, it’s totally short, just to my shoulder. I said it’s too short. He didn’t respond. I go the woman only. I’ve had incidents where guys have not cut my hair as well as her. Once, the younger guy cut my hair and rounded one side of the back of my head and had the other side straight. I asked him to make it symmetrical once he showed me in the mirror. He rolled his eyes, put a razor with a guard and pretended to cut it. He showed me again and I decided not to argue.
