Awful experience with customer service. Asked about CareCredit, lady seemed clueless. Asked her to check with doctor, then got transferred and had to call back. Second call, same attitude. WOW
I was in excruciating pain on a Saturday and Dr. Cho extended his day to see me. He was the most compassionate and calm dentist I’ve ever met. Everyone in his office was amazing. I’m lucky he’s my new dentist.
There are not enough stars to give Dr. Cho at Ygnacio Dental in Walnut Creek. I had the privilege to be a patient in Dr. Cho's care before moving away and it was an honor to know him and most importantly to be taken care of by him. Since I moved, I've seen other dentists and without fail each and every time any dentist looks at my xrays I've consistently heard from each one that the work performed is outstanding.
