Great, theyprovided us with a service person the next day. However, it turned out the service fee of $149 is not for the service of checking our furnace but for dispatching the person! This clearly is misleading! ! The service person turns out to be an independent service person who charges his own fee of coming to our house (250$) next to his actual fee of servicing the furnace (150$ for ~ 1h). Please note that our house is only blocks away from Y&P. This is clearly a case of taking advantage of home owners.
Y&G Heating & Cooling Co. crew were such a delight to work with. They installed our unit so quickly and diligently. Every member that came into our home treated it with the utmost respect. They left everything just as good as they found it, except now we have an amazing new HVAC unit! Thank you so much for all of your hard work.
I just had my both of my units replaced by Y&G Heating & Cooling Co. and they did a great job. The price was very reasonable and the technicians doing the installation were both professional and clean. I appreciated that they were careful to not make a mess and everything was installed the proper way and looked and worked great after the installation was completed. I would definitely recommend them for your comfort and air quality needs.
I had a terrible experience. I spent over a month getting my AC repaired and a new furnace (that I probably didn't need), that was all installed wrong. The repairperson dropped a piece of insulation in the furnace, left the plug in the water pump, and tons of other mistakes. I had to hire someone else to fix all of their mistakes!
