Probably the worst phone experience I have ever had. We are looking at relocating from Texas I called in and got the managers for pricing. They were preoccupied by a lady in the back ground that sounded like an owner or boss that was very loud and disruptive the whole conversation. Made a five minute phone call seem like eternity. I finally ended up hanging up and going elsewhere. very poor customer service
It is not easy to determine from over 2,000 miles away in Ontario Canada if a business is trustworthy, but Robert and Donna Buckner (Property Managers at Yew Ave Self-Storage) certainly proved it is possible. I appreciated the friendly advice and helpful tips for using a storage facility for the very first time. However, things suddenly went sideways and I had to cancel all plans for using the facility.
