Office staff very inept and inconsiderate. Many mistakes in billing and issuing patient instructions led to unnecessary office visit which I was billed for. Not at all happy with how things were handled in the office.

I had been putting off my routine colonoscopy for a few years. I started having a slight, persistent twinge and burning in the same area almost daily, so I talked myself into the procedure. He was busy at the office visit, but polite, concerned, pleasant and informative. He was busy right before and after the procedure, but still explained the procedure and the things he had biopsied. I had a diverticulum and a polyp. At the followup he politely explained the normal biopsy reports.
Amazing very caring doctor
I really like this doctor. He saw me inpatient and also post-discharge. He’s easy to talk to and takes time to listen. He also performed my colonoscopy at his facility.

After my colonoscopy, with a cold look he came in with news that he found a large massive tumor that looks cancerous and we need to start finding oncologist, surgeon, insurance and so on. That was that, could of been done more delicate. That was a Thursday, and everyone happy to go home after that being closed on Friday. After dropping a bomb we had so many questions. He never called, Monday was still there they, he didn't call but I got the results from the biopsy from staff.
Dr.Ostrinsky phoned me personally and I am going to see him from now on.he restored my faith in humanity!!
Everyone was great, very positive, fun, & most importantly, very informative. Amy & Amy were very helpful & made the experience enjoyable. Was only doing a colonoscopy but still no stress! Thanks to all & worth the drive!! Even called to see if I wanted to move up due to a cancellation.
