I would give zero stars if I could. I found a long black hair in my food. I calmly informed the employee and requested a refund. He told me he could only offer an exchange, which made no sense why would I want to eat there again after that? The situation showed a lack of cleanliness and accountability. Instead of apologizing, he argued with me even though the issue was obvious. Overall, the experience was unsanitary and the customer service was extremely poor. Just disgusting.
