No customer service at all. Bought three Yeti's , but your sb66ac swing arms are pathetic. Will never purchase another one of your bikes , nor will I recommend. Beware, even the new sb6 models are crap!
Finished off the Colorado Trail on Friday on my 5C. Performed flawlessly, not a single mechanical!
Just picked up my new SB5C today! First ride: Apex. What an awesome bike! Love it! So much better handling than my previous bike - awesome job guys, thank you!
