Awesome bikes, I have SB95C and SB6C. I have been mountain biking since the 80's. Any issues I have had have been quickly resolved.
My friend (he doesn't speak English) ordered and paid deposit for Yeti SB 4.5c XO1 in 1st July 2015 and was told 6 moth wait. Now he was told maybe! February 2016. Maybe!!! After contacting Yeti direct he was told and I quote: "If you cannot wait any longer, we will understand if you decide you must cancel your order and switch to another brand, and we will help you get a full refund" I've never seen such a poor customer service.
