Although it's sometimes difficult to reach the staff of this very busy office, I have always been treated very professionally and courteously by everyone in this practice. Dr Reddy's compassion, humor, judgement and willingness to explain details makes him my all-time favorite doctor, ever. His crisp demeanor may be interpreted by some people as rude or short, but he's just focused, funny, very articulate and extremely busy. I really appreciate his care over the past 10 years!
Have been seeing him for a year, so far nothing has worked for me. Can't get approval for MRI which is an insurance problem, but they are supposed to appeal the decision, but have not. I have a lot of problems which need to be addressed, but he has not.
