This was my first time. The location is easy to get to. The store is small, but packed with items. The owner was attentive and patient when showing different products and helped us find what we were looking for. Prices are on par with other beauty supply stores and there is a loyalty program. You can door dash items from there if you want them delivered. I will return to this store.
Very organized, had pretty much everything I needed and the things that weren’t there, they were willing to take suggestions to have it stocked in the future. Also has a rewards program! Side note: The return policy needs to be on the receipt and visible where customers can see it.

Carrie’s customer service is amazing. I live in Rockdale County, so I am rarely in the area to shop at her store. To accommodate me, she took my personal order and brought it to the school where we work together.
