I was able to get my sofa cleaned the same day I called! And it looks so much better! Lisa was quick to return my call and answer all of my questions. She told me they had an afternoon cancelation and they could come out that day. Ryan showed up in the window Lisa said he would. He told me the process of what he was going to do and even told me how to remove any future stains that may occur. Ryan was so nice & personable. Lisa's customer service was top tier. I'll definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
Very thorough and well priced carpet cleaning. Unfortunately my pet had an accident while I was out of town so I needed a quick solution that fully cleaned the carpeting. I was able to get an appointment within 2 days, Ryan showed up on time walked me thru the service and finished on time. No extra mess in the house from hoses or water. Very pleased and will definitely use them again!
I would definitely recommend Yes Pet Friendly Carpet Cleaning for their services. Our carpet had pet stains and odors and it looks and smells amazing now! We should have been using them for years! They are easy to book with and had great communication about arrival and finish times. Ryan suggested a couple of options to help save on cost as well.
