This review is a LONG read and a DETAILED recollection of my experience with the service I received. I wanted to love my nails but I was just disappointed with what I received and it’s mostly notes I wish they would take into consideration. Initially as I walked in I was greeted and asked if I had time to wait since all four techs were either in the middle of, or had just begun a service with a customer but that I was next in line. I love coming here and wouldn’t change it for any other nail salon in Laredo because 1. Mary is hilarious 🤣 and I could be having a bad day but her sense of humor and being herself just makes it hella fun to come get my pedicure with her. 2. Mika is amazing too! Her attention to detail and love how she takes her time with her work. On top of that her gentleness and kindness makes my experience in getting my nails a very peaceful and relaxing experience. Thank you girls! For being amazing. I appreciate you!!!
