My stay here has not been pleasant. I have been here for almost a year and I would not recommend. I have been having a leaking apartment for the past week and I have contacted the property manager on multiple occasions to help rectify the situation, however he has been MIA. This is the WORST company I have dealt with in 30 years. They are rude, disorganized and will always make excuses instead of fixing problems they cause. They would not care if 100 bad reviews were given because they only care about their money. They don’t fix anything. Managers at their properties are incompetent, egotistical jerks who don’t care to return phone calls or help anyone who has an issue such as leaky faucets, old appliances, etc. The properties are dumps. Run away!!

This place has mold and I've complained and nobody has done anything had to run my girl to the hospital cause of breathing issues and they don't want us to break our lease and it can cause lung problems they are unprofessional and Griselle is no help what so ever they are conniving
