Lovely hotel, staff very helpful, rooms very clean and comfortable
when guests have problems with noisy guests.I would expect management,to take some sort of action ,considering I complained three nights on the trot...and nothing was done..complaints were not even acknowledged...I got told well they leave tomorrow anyway..this is not acceptable in any way....
It's in a great location, breakfast was good, rooms and public areas are very clean and the staff were helpful and friendly, When I go back to Rome this would be my first choice of hotels
