Yes energy is horrendous. The agent answering the phone is told by upper management of my apartment company not to discuss billing with me. One hand washing the other. It’s my last year living in my apartment complex.

We just recieved a bill that is just a dollar shy of $700. Our first bill was already higher than it should have been and to make up for it, the following month I lowered our heat from 70 degrees to 67 and compesated with some electric heaters. Yet the following month, my gas was nearly $100 more! How is that even possible? To top it off, they are saying we used over 10,000 gallons of water which is used for water and sewer. They are so sloppy, they forgot that one can find out the truth and spread it on the internet. here is my research when i got my third notice after 3 months of trying to create an online login and pay. 1. why is water bill for 11 days more than my internet service? 2. they forgot to keep the water to sewer fee ratio unified, one went up the other went down while i wasnt even here 3. i contacted them via email, phone, and even reached out to my property manager office but someone from clickpay created an account. response ca... read more
YES Energy Management is a scam artist company that charges arbitrary amounts in its grouped billing of Electric, Gas, Water, Sewer, and an admin fee. I have moved into an apartment building this past month and have not gotten around to cooking (all pots and pans are still being unpacked). How then is it that I have incurred a $113 gas bill when no cooking is occurring??? The water--and sewer--charge makes very little if any sense. And the electricity portion of the bill is overpriced. A corporate Come to Jesus is necessary.
Total rip-off!!!! I live in an apt. I used to pay $20 a month for water. Sometimes less. I am 1 person! No pets. I work 12 hours a day, 6 days a wk. Worked through the whole pandemic. New owner bought this building, changed how we pay our water. Now we pay through YES!! I pay my water bill PLUS $55 extra each month for sewage!! The water going down the drain I was told! How is that even legal? There are families of 5 in this building! People have 1 some have 2 dogs! They are home with their dogs and kids while I’m at work!!... read more
