The doctor himself is very efficient,knowledgeable and gentle. 5/5 stars. But the team is a mess. 2/5. My first appointment took a total of 4 hours, instead of 2. Prior to that, I had inquired the time span to plan my day. The four hours involved registration, check up and consultation. A large part of the four hours was designated to hanging in the air.
