Yes Chevrolet gave me a rental car through ********** Rental while my vehicle was being serviced under a warranty, it took them 3 weeks to get me this rental car, I had it for 6 days 9/13/24 to 9/18/24, when my car was finished being repaired, I dropped off the renal car to Yes Chevrolet on the day that I picked up my car, on 9/18/24 I was told by service department that they would return the rental vehicle to ********** Rental, 24 days later they actually returned the rental car, they then denied payment to the Rental Compa... read more

We went car shopping with two non-negotiable criteria AWD and V6 engine. Was told by Derek B. that he had what we wanted. Derek changed paperwork stating vehicle was v6 it was really a 4L. He pushed the most expensive vehicle on us. He lied to us and my son. He’s also a veteran so disappointed in him and Yes Chevrolet.

If you believe honesty is the best policy, DON'T shop at Yes Chevrolet. They are pathetic.. Biggest bunch of liars I have ever met. They don't stand by what they tell you and they treat you like you are the liar. I am telling all my friends & family about how we were treated there. They don't even deserve one star. John will tell you anything to get you to come to the dealership !

Stated in 2021 when I bought a 21 trailblazer I took in in due to a clip on my bumper passenger side was broke. When I got it back after repair it look ok I left by the time I got home 57 miles away the whole. Passenger side front bumper was flapping as well as the trim around my tire and finder. Took it back the next day they saide the whole clip broke and will fix it. went to yes chevoret on september the 23rd 2022 and there facebook ad said any credit accepted with zero down after trying to work a deal out was told i would need 15% down to buy any car they had available false advertising for sure even should them the facebook ad n they was like we have no control over the ad and i drove all the way from ****county to waste my gas out for nothing but someone lieing online for them

I bought a car from this dealership back in March and it was the worse decision I have ever made! They have been very disrespectful to me, I don't know if it is because maybe I am a female. They did not pay off my old car and it was starting to reflect on my credit and I had to call numerous times to get it taken care of. They damaged the interior when they were doing work on my car and tried to blame me for it. This dealerships business practices are a bit suspicious. I never fall for the games like they play, but this time I was curious. I got a letter in the mail and everything I and my wife read indicated we had one 5,000$. They also give you a number to call and enter your secret code, it also indicated we one.
