My car broke down twice they charged me over 500 for a battery then it broke down again and it was the alternator Taylor gave me a quote of 1800 until I told her I could get it for 1300 then she went down to 1400. They had my car towed in and the tow truck bill was 125 which is what Geico paid but they charged tax and had to reimburse me the tax. The people were polite but they are shady!
Yes was supposed to repair the drivers side backup light mechanism. Yes charged $91.00 to supposedly fix it. When the car went in the socket was dangling outside its holder and same when it came out…still dangling. I was told they’d credit me for the repair. I’ve called and called as I haven’t seen the credit and now my calls go straight to voicemail. Hmmm sounds very suspicious. Looks like they’re trying to hide.
Horrible experience with the vechicle I purchased. I bought a 2014 impala with 57,000 miles on it. I stated before i bought the car i needed something that was dependable and had warranty on it so i didnt have to worry about anything besides normal wear and tear. I was told not to worry it came with 2 year warranty anything in the engine would be covered.
