Called to make car payment didn’t get a answer left a msg for them to call me back didn’t get a return phone call, being it was thanksgiving I fig they where closed, showed up at 1:00 in the morning to repo it I had the money for the car payment they wanted it plus 150 tow bill, only have 2 car payment left one now after this payment, I would advise anybody not to do business with this carlot, they are very rude I don’t see how they do business like they do

I have never missed a payment , I have always paid on time . Will not work with you on anything . Sent a repo out and costed me more money because they are never in their office or answer the phones to make a payment . Once my car is paid off with them I will never go back and I don’t recommend anyone going here . Ugly attitudes , bad biz and pure selfish !!! RecommendedI bought a Dodge Avenger from Dennis-Kim. My experience with the both of them has been nothing but positive. My advice to others is to read your contract, understand it, and don't get made when you break your end of it. Everybody knows your payment is due on the last Friday of the month by 4. No excuses. People get mad because Dennis -Kim run their business like they are suppose to. I wouldn't put up with my b.s. either.
I asked about a car,, they said car couldn't be ready till monday...the total price of 31,000 for a 2008 Escalade with 171,000 miles and body damage. HELL NO! Once I did this math 3000 DOWN 450 MONTH FOR 64 MONTHS-and saw how much it would end up being. I had the decency to call them to tell them no thank you, and not to go thru the all trouble to rush and have the car ready for me. They were using it themselves...further devaluing the car.
