Such great service. Personal, warm, and helpful, I have enjoyed getting good answers and fast help when I need it for over ten years now. Particularly valuable is being able to connect with staff at all points, from management to workshop, which makes for great confidence when needing technical help and maintenance.
I went in to Yeppoon Small Motor Service Saturday morning for a new self-propelled push mower. Nicki was extremely knowledgeable and showed me a few options. They even delivered it to my house the same day so I could keep mowing. Couldn’t have ask for any better customer service. Thank you Nicki and team 😊
Great service, very responsive. At a time when most businesses are too busy, these guys make time and make it happen. Great quality work and always finding the most affordable solution. Highly recommend.
A great time was had. The staff were very knowledgeable about the situation that I had presented them with. And the most satisfying part was that they were able to remedy the problem under warranty. And for that, I was extremely satisfied. And this afternoon they emailed me to inform me that my problem had been repaired and was ready to be collected.
