A great time was had. The staff were very knowledgeable about the situation that I had presented them with. And the most satisfying part was that they were able to remedy the problem under warranty. And for that, I was extremely satisfied. And this afternoon they emailed me to inform me that my problem had been repaired and was ready to be collected.
Excellent service helping me set up my new business with all the right equipment at a very good price. I cannot recommend them enough.
Purchased a 2nd hand Zero turn mower. Told it had just been serviced and just needed deck repaired and new front tyre. Both steering struts I had to replace as well and drive belt for blades worn. Purchased new struts and belt. They gave me the wrong belt. Took it back and wouldn't replace it? Said it was 2nd hand now and could not resell it. I have spent near a $1000 on the mower now to bring it up to standard. Bought the correct belt off their competitors next door. Poor service and no accountability for their error.
Not every day you walk into a small business and have the good old fashioned service . Thank-you for delivering my purchase and taking the time to show me how to use .
