A big thank you to the lovely lady we met at Yeppoon kitchens. While they were unable to take on our work due to our time constraints, we left with excellent recommendations and advice. From the work we saw, it looks like the perfect place to get a custom kitchen that suits your needs without being locked into standard sized pre-made cabinets. Thanks again!
Had trouble with drawer had it fixed no charge a job well done great. The ladys at the front desk so helpful great job done by all of the staff
The women answering the phones on the front desk is extremely rude and her approach to customer service was terrible and does not reflect well on your company. I truly hope she was just having a bad day. Considering she is the face of the company answering phone calls & dealing with clients her communication and customer service skills should reflect a higher standard of professionalism. I like to hope her lack of courtesy doesn’t represent your company as a whole.
I walked into this shop hoping to get some help with a new kitchen, but the experience was incredibly disappointing. The woman I spoke to didn’t greet me nicely or show any interest in helping — instead, she made it clear she wanted to see my plans first . It seemed she wanted to determine if it was “worth their time,” as in whether my project was high-end enough. Still waiting for them to come and put the right hinges on the cupboard door that contains the ironing board. We have been ringing and asking them to come and fix the job. Every time we seem to get a different answer about when they are coming or when they can get the hinges. Seemed good until this. Very hard to use the ironing board at all
