I walked into this shop hoping to get some help with a new kitchen, but the experience was incredibly disappointing. The woman I spoke to didn’t greet me nicely or show any interest in helping — instead, she made it clear she wanted to see my plans first . It seemed she wanted to determine if it was “worth their time,” as in whether my project was high-end enough. Still waiting for them to come and put the right hinges on the cupboard door that contains the ironing board. We have been ringing and asking them to come and fix the job. Every time we seem to get a different answer about when they are coming or when they can get the hinges. Seemed good until this. Very hard to use the ironing board at all

We were so impressed with their incredible customer service from the start and now our kitchen is done, the end result is our kitchen looks like it's straight out of a magazine. We love it so much! If you are looking at getting your kitchen reno's done, make sure you book in with Yeppoon Kitchens for a quote. There will be a wait, but I promise you, it will be 100% worth it!

Rang for a quote and was told by Holly that it was unlikely as they were so busy. Not sure if this is cause the quote was just for a small job not an entire kitchen. They must be doing something else really well if they are so busy but customer service is lacking.

Cannot speak highly enough about Cameron and the team at Yeppoon Kitchens. Fantastic customer service and workmanship at a reasonable price. Would definitely use again!
