India and Dr Gregory are incredible. Fantastic service. I’m a nervous Nelly and had to have a procedure which involved a bit of time and precision. Dr Gregory made jokes with me and reassured me the whole time. Someone that clearly is a master in the field. India is always client first, Everytime we’ve spoken she always wants me to feel that I’ve been looked after in the best way possible. She has a calming and caring tone when she speaks. Fantastic practice I surely won’t be going anywhere else!
Been going to this practice for over 30 years, and have never had such a rude reception on the phone while enquiring about making an appointment. Just told there aren't any and to go to the place in rockhampton. Couldn't tell me if the rocky place do referrals for xrays. Still bit stunned!! Overworked and frustrated?? Can do better!!
Fantastic service at Yeppoon Family Practice. My son spiked a concerning fever when we were up there for a holiday in May and these guys went above and beyond to squeeze us in last minute. Dr Kaverjit went out of his way to make our little man feel comfortable, and worked out what was wrong with him in record time. Highly recommend the whole practice.
After hearing so many good things about Dr KaverjitI am so disappointed. Third time seeing him and each time I’m left more confused. Dr Kaverjithas no bedside manner or care. Getting information from him feels like extracting teeth. Maybe once he was the doctor everyone raves about but now he’s bogged under hundreds of patience with 0 care or communication. I’m not alone in feeling this, I’ve heard this from many ex patients. A real shame.
I have been going to the family practise for many years they are very professional it can be hard to get a appointment at times but the great and friendly receptionist do their best to get you a appointment. I have found the Doctor's and nurses to be friendly and very professional. I would like to to thank all the team for years of professional service.
