We booked a 9:00 AM appointment and arrived at 8:50 AM～, expecting to have the surgery done the same day because of the many positive reviews. The front desk staff checked us in politely and told us the doctor would be in shortly. The doctor arrived around 9:30–9:32 AM and spent about 1–2 minutes with us before asking the assistant to explain the fee details.
