The owner of the salon lacks basic customer service skills and is very rude to both customers and staff. She raised her voice at me because the appointment date in my calendar differed from the date they had on record. I’m not sure whose mistake it was, but regardless, there was no reason to speak to me so disrespectfully over the phone. And this was not the only time, frequent enough that I decided not to go back again.
Walked in for a pedicure and had a great experience. Friendly staff, clean space, and my pedi turned out lovely. I’ll definitely be back!
