This place has the best sushi I have ever eaten!
Very fresh sushi, excellent service and a beautiful view of the Bellagio fountains!
Server is poor. The came out one at a time, the manager just standing around.very poor server did not enjoy the food.
As locals doing a staycation at another hotel, we opted to dine at yellowtail. Once we ordered our appetizers,those came out together. When it came to our main dishes, my wife order kobe beef, i ordered 3 sushi rolls. Her dinner came out first and I had to wait 20 minutes for my meal to show up. Though tables around us seemed to quickly get their food. The waitress stated that it was served when the item comes up.
