To be honest, the prices associated should command much higher quality sashimi. My local traditional Japanese restaurant blows this out of the water. I understand the “It’s Vegas so it has to cost more” mindset but I expected unbelievable and I was left with ok. This was my first visit to Las Vegas and while it was memorable on many fronts, this visit left me a bit under satisfied. The only highside was being able to sit at the fountain and contrary to other complaints, my server was very good.

I have been to Yellowtail on numerous occasions beginning the year they opened. The food is amazing and innovative!! The wait staff are helpful, congenial and extremely knowledgeable! I have never had less than a five star experience here. I hope to return to Las Vegas soon and again enjoy a meal at Yellowtail!!
Yellowtail is our go to restaurant whenever we’re in town. We wouldn’t miss its excellent sushis and great sake selection.
Amazing experience! Expensive but worth it! Everything about our experience was perfect. Wine, food and service was first class!
