I paid Bozeman health off completely almost a year ago. I'm not sure how I owe money to them for work done at Bozeman Health. I'm not sure why they're in OH. Be prepared to fight to be billed in full even with insurance making payments. Have faxed supporting documents and still can't get an adjusted bill.
