One star is too generous. I had surgery at Intermountain Health in Billings in November 2025. I have since received bills from MN, OH, CO, UT and MT. Yellowstone Pathology Institute (based in Toledo, OH) billed me for $49.99. I wrote and sent in a check on 12/10/2025. Bank records prove that they cashed this check on 12/30/2025. Yet on 01/18/2026, they sent me another bill for $51.10, even though I had no work done since. This company sent us multiple fraudulent bills that had the following issues: They "balance bill" by sending a bill for the full balance when the EOB shows a discounted rate due to them being an in-network practice with BCBS of MT. We received multiple bills that did not take into account the negotiated in-network rate. They said they corrected this, which they did not, then they sent us a final bill threatening to send us to collections. WONT ALLOW ME TO PAY MY BILL!!!!! I AM SO FED UP WITH THIS PLACE! IVE CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES AND GET TRANSFERRED TO A STUPID RECORDING! NOW WITH A FINAL NOTICE THEY WANT TO SEND ME TO COLLECTIONS!!!!!!!!!!! SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED BY BETTER Business Bureau as I see a ton of reviews having the same issue! 😡
Crazy how no one tells you anything about a bill coming from this company, then you get a bill close to the payment date saying what you owe…. But no description of what it is. I am not using Bozeman Health anymore to avoid these people.
