Trashy business. Employees cuss in front of customers and smell like cigarettes. Used them one time. Found paper pieces and animal hair in more than 50% of the packages I opened. I will never be back.

The absolute best!! I’ve tried two other processors with HORRIBLE results, they obviously only knew how to “cut on the dotted line”. Yellowstone has some serious butcher skills and take pride in their work. The difference is so extreme I wonder if it was even my beef I was getting back from the other two!

Took in a Spike elk that I shot opening day. Came back 9 days later to get my processed meat and drove home. Opened packages, hamburger was old, steaks were like 2 years old. Sausage was grey and old. Looked like he emptied his cooler of old meat.
Great service and even better people. If you need meat processing in the Casper area stop by.
