Staff were very helpful, friendly and really happy. Beds were extremely comfortable. Pool and spa clean and heated well. Breakfast options were very good. Close to restaurants and snow mobile hire. We enjoyed our stay and would live to come back.
Awesome room. Great breakfast. Coffee and tea is always on. The people at the front desk are the best. Also:we got tons of snow. Great time in west Yellowstone. I hope I can come back soon. Thanks for everything.
Best lodging and management in West Yellowstone, MT. Been staying there 3 and 4 different times every year since it opened; quiet location, convenient access to Yellowstone National Park entrance and other unique sites. Very clean rooms and 100% non-smoking. Keep up the great work Crystal and staff. Doc McNeal
Nice room, awesome location, the staff even rearranged my dates to accomodate... snomobile rentals right from the lodge....
