To those who live near a Yellow Tree project - BEWARE. They are a deeply inconsiderate contractor. They've been responsible for the remodel of a commercial building next to my home in South Mpls for the past three months or so. They did not inform any of the neighbors they were going to be starting the project, and according to my neighbor didn't pull the proper permits.
