My husband took our car in for a detail today. It was really dirty. After the detail it was still dirty and there were dirt smears where it had been wiped but not fully cleaned. Also the vacuum job was poor. They charged us an extra $30 for dog hair and there was still a lot of hair. If they couldn't do it they shouldn't take the job. We will not be returning for their services.

Been using their services for 5 or more years now. Always satisfied. If I have a complaint, it is immediately resolved. Clean cars are happy cars (and drivers).
We always enjoy going to Yellow Submarine Car Wash. Only reason not five stars we had to wait for vacuum to become available.
VERY UPSET... EMPLOYEE BROKE OFF MY PASSENGER SIDE MIRROR... MADE AN ACCIDENT REPORT...WAS CALLED BY RUDE MANAGER AND SAID AFTER REVIEWING VIDEO FOOTAGE THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR EMPLOYEE ACCIDENTALLY BREAKING IT OFF.... I HATE USING SOCIAL MEDIA TO BASH A BUSINESS FOR A SIMPLE "I'M SORRY" & "WELL FIX IT" SITUATION...BUT HE WAS RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL...

We're very sorry you're upset. You claim we broke your mirror. Anytime someone makes a claim. A damage report is filled out. Our video clearly shows our employee pushing your Driver side mirror in with no problem. When he gets to the passenger mirror to fold it in , "with no force " using only one hand it falls completely off the truck. "The employee caught it before it hit the ground. We believe your mirror was previously damaged and we did not damage your mirror. This is in our defense to your post
The car wash was less than desirable. My tailgate didn't look like it was even touched. I paid for the mid-level wash because it said wheel cleaner, after looking it barely touched the wheels you can see the brush marks but they were far from clean. Disappointed.
