They told me my vehicle would go through there car wash no problem. So half way through it took a gouge out of the side wall of my tire. They had to shut down car wash I had to drive out and sit there and wait for Les Schwab to come and install a new tire. They refused to help with any of the cost Schwab said it is the second vehicle within 6 weeks that has gotten a flat tire. I wouldn’t recommend going here !
They did a horrible job washing and detailing my car. Definitely not worth the cost.
Paid for the best wash I could get and left with dirt all over still just really annoyed
RecommendedExcellent service from the man who works at the wash i think his name was Jose he was super friendly and he did an excellent job taking his time to make sure everything looked great! My car was pretty dirty and when it came out of the wash it looked amazing thanks Submarine Car Wash!

So done going to yellow submarine! I paid for the supreme express this time, cuz I knew my car was dirty... I’m 95% sure I didn’t get any of that stuff, I never felt my undercarriage get pressure washed, half of my car was still filthy, the tires were still dirty. I swear it was just a dirt softener cuz I had to go over the whole car with towels and scrub off most of the crap!
Do not go here! My husband got my car washed today and now it’s all scraped and the paint is gouged out up both sides and the front! It is $2500 worth of damage and Doug the manager was one of the rudest people we have ever had to deal with.
Me and my husband took both trucks yesterday and got the tsunami we were both very satisfied... We will be returning in the future....
