Their customer service is excellent; they follow up on sick dogs; the technicians are so friendly with my dogs; the appt. reminders are helpful and the vets are great! I'm sure there are cheaper places but I know I can entrust my dogs to the care of Yellow Springs.

Just want to thank everyone at YSVC for taking such good care of my Sassy girl :) I have been going to you since you were on Yellow Springs Road many years ago and I have only had great experiences for all my pets with your fantastic staff. And now Sassy also gets to enjoy massages with Jo and she loves it even more!
