I went there to get a small tattoo in honor of my brother who had recently passed away. I didn't make an appointment (I didn't know I needed one), but I told them how important it was to me b/c it was his birthday that day! Zach at the front said he'd see what he could do & then Daniel fit me in. Super nice people & I love how my tattoo came out! The whole place just has a GREAT vibe about it!
