I purchased a 2005 Toyota Camry from Yellow Line Motors (Craig ???) I told him I really do not want to buy something that just needs to be worked on. He assured me the car cleared your teams inspection checks. I drove the car from Lafayette to Oregon City and immediately the check engine light comes on. The $260.00 O2 sensor had gone bad and ran me over $400.00 to fix. Now I am left wondering what else your inspection team missed. Buying was a breeze, no pressure to purchase, and kind enough to work with my busy schedule.
Hanging up on potential customers is really unprofessional. I was pretty disappointed when my boyfriend told me about this happening today. He called back, and was hung up on again. We were planning on coming in to take a look at the vehicle tomorrow. Apparently they don't like when you ask about coming down on the price. $300 difference....Lol. I hope you guys work on your customer service! I assure you, based on this experience, I will not be recommending this place to anyone.

This customer is referring to a telephone conversation that I had with another customer in which I told him very politely that I wasn't accepting offers on a specific car. The customer became very angry and started yelling at which point I excused myself and hung up. She is mistaken about the second hangup as there was no second call.
NEVER buy or EVEN call this place ! I called and asked them about a car on there lot and if they were willing to come down $300.00 bucks and was HUNG UP on for simply asking and trying to make a deal. I live 40 mins away and just wanted to come see the car and see if they even were willing to deal at all and all i got about five words and HUNG UP on. VERY RUDE !
