I had the front seat of my 2012 Fiat 500 reupholstered by Yellowjacket Enterprises. The craftsmanship and quality of the work were excellent, and I’m very satisfied with the finished product. However, the customer service experience was abysmal. Communication was non-existent unless I initiated contact. They never reached out to provide updates or notify me when my car was ready.
