I hired Yellow Glove for a move-out cleaning and cannot express enough gratitude!! Monique cleaned house better than it’s EVER been cleaned before, put me to shame! It’s ready for new tenants to move-in, literally sparkling clean! I also had to change appt a couple times, Steph was the nicest, most helpful customer service I’ve ever experienced. Great communication and did a fantastic job
Multiple negative experiences with this cleaning service related to mistakes in scheduling. On one occasion, the cleaner knocked a piece of art off the wall and irreparably broke it. The response from the company was to offer a small (and insufficient) discount on our next cleaning, which they never actually did. All of their cleaning staff have been kind and capable, but their management is horrible. Don't waste your time.
