I signed a lease with Yellow Brick Management and had a cleaning credit on my lease since the home was not clean. I have pictures, it was pretty bad. They did say they would have it cleaned but I asked for a credit on my deposit and they agreed and it was written into the lease. When it was time to get my deposit refunded that credit was not accounted for, and I also had a deduction for carpet cleaning higher than what was listed on the lease.
