Love their single origin coffee. Small batch roasting means your coffee beans will always be fresh. Also like the fact that some of their coffee beans are direct trade. They also have regular roasting and cupping classes for the more serious coffee drinkers. I just wish that their location is more centralized although it is not difficult to get to.

We were lucky enough to get service at YBC when in Tucson visiting family. The coffee is outstanding. The cold brew and mochas are stand outs. Anna and David are experts in understanding their business, the origins of and roasting methods to bring out the best in their beans. I will become an annual subscriber.
