Dr. Krupitskaya is a fantastic!! doctor; she REALLY cares about her patients. A small example: if a test result comes in late in the day ... or you send her an afternoon MyChart message, she typically responds that very same day – often well past 5 pm – with a clear explanation of the test result or a useful response to your message. She's a great communicator and problem-solver. So lucky to be her patient.
The doctor Yelena is an excellent doctor, very professional and she takes time to explain with a lot of details all different issues. She is very dedicated to her patients and she is very kind. I highly recommend her. She is very personable.
