Horrible place I wouldn’t go here at all . My mom has been going here for 5 months and has been referred to several specialist based on the clinics referral and all of them have been canceled and The Office take zero responsibility they keep directing us back to the insurance back to the insurance and the insurance cannot help us. My mom and I been going here for a while now, our primary doctor was Aylmer Gozum and he was the best he listened to everything we had concerned about. He really cared about his patient my mother she had a medical issue in 2024 and he was really understanding. The pain management she was going to lied on my mother and he as her primary doctor was making sure she had her pain medication. I thank him for that. But now that he's no longer there the suppose it doctors can't do their own job and get her charts from the hospitals ... read more
From a health care to another, this place is a circus. The girls taking calls are no where near professionals. They will talk over you and cut you off. Hear me out; I wanted to reschedule my mom’s appointment (unable to take her) she asked for her name and date of birth and reason to her visit (obviously I knew). In the end she proceeded to say I’m unable to reschedule it because it’s her privacy. Go back to school and refresh your memory on HIPAA subject. A simple reschedule wasn’t able to be done.
