Iggy sold my house for me and did a fantastic job! He was always on top of things and got necessary work done, even handling some of the dirty work himself. It was a bit of a slow market but he never pressured me to do a dramatic price drop just to make a quick buck. He worked with me at my pace and it all was smooth in the end. He was a good communicator and professional throughout the process. Iggy is a genuinely nice guy.
